Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory, OEM and ODM services are provided.
What's your payment term?
Usually, we accept T/T. For regular orders, we prefer 30% of total amount as down payment and the balance paid before delivery.
How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase order by Email. We require product information (Size, Quantity, special requests), required delivery time, and shipping information.
Can we order a sample before mass production?
Yes, sample orders are available and typically take 5-7 days to finish. Sample fees can be reduced in the bulk order.
How can I trust your quality?
The whole production process is in strict accordance with CE standards. Every procedure is under strict supervision of our QC department, with a final check before shipping.
How are express charges handled for samples?
If you have a DHL, FEDEX, TNT, or UPS account, we can send samples via freight collect. Alternatively, we can calculate and prepaid the freight for you.
