Q2: Can you develop OEM new products and how long for samples?
Yes, our structure engineers can create CAD and 3D drawings for new products based on client requirements. With our own workshops for punching, injection, and die-casting, we can produce mould samples very quickly.
Q3: Can I place a sample order for testing?
Yes, we accept sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed models are also acceptable.
Q4: What is the lead time for samples and bulk orders?
Typically, it takes 3-5 days for samples and 2-4 weeks for batch bulk orders.
Q5: What is your quality control process and warranty period?
Our facility is ISO9001-2015 certified. 100% of finished products undergo aging tests before packing. We offer a 2-5 year guarantee on all products.
Q6: How do you handle product failures during the guarantee period?
For small quantities, we send free replacements with your next order. For batch failures, we will repair and resend them or negotiate the best solution together.
